SEO optimzing the page

Follow the steps below to optimize the custom page
Navigate to the custom page
Enable the edit mode
Click on the gear icon in the header which says page settings
Make sure the "Index this page" setting is set to Yes for your page
On the page settings page expand the SEO
Here add a meta title and meta description
